1 General Provisions

These Terms apply to all use of the 88bbat platform, including the website, mobile browser experience, all games, sports betting markets, payment services, bonuses, and promotional offers. They are supplemented by any additional rules published on the 88bbat platform for specific games, sports markets, or promotional campaigns, which form part of these Terms.

88bbat reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the 88bbat platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity or inconsistency, the English version of these Terms takes precedence over any translation or summary provided for convenience.

2 Eligibility & Registration

Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to register an 88bbat account or use any 88bbat service. This requirement is absolute and non-negotiable. Registering a false date of birth or providing a CNIC that does not belong to you is a serious breach of these Terms and constitutes fraud.

Geographic eligibility: 88bbat's services are intended for adult players located in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the 88bbat platform is lawful under the laws applicable to you at your location. 88bbat does not provide legal advice on the gambling laws of any jurisdiction.

One account per person: Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) 88bbat account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or proxy accounts is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account closure and forfeiture of all associated PKR balances.

Accurate registration information: You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, Pakistani CNIC number, date of birth, and mobile number. You are required to maintain the accuracy of this information and to notify 88bbat of any changes promptly via the support channel.

3 Account Management

Login credentials: Your 88bbat Login username and password are personal to you. You must not share your login credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your 88bbat account. 88bbat will never request your password via any communication channel, including email, live chat, or telephone.

Account security: You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 88bbat account, including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested, regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 88bbat immediately via live chat.

Account closure by player: You may request closure of your 88bbat account at any time by contacting support via live chat or email. Any pending bets will be settled in accordance with standard game rules. Any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method after deduction of any applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements.

Account closure by 88bbat: 88bbat reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, identity misrepresentation, breach of these Terms, or patterns of play indicative of prohibited conduct.

4 PKR Deposits

All deposits to your 88bbat account are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 88bbat does not charge deposit fees on standard Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, SadaPay, or bank transfer deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for which 88bbat bears no responsibility.

Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit via Easypaisa or JazzCash is 500 PKR. Minimum amounts for other payment methods are displayed at the 88bbat Cashier at the time of deposit.

Deposit source: You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited. Any funds identified as originating from a third-party account will be reversed, and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Failed deposits: 88bbat is not responsible for delays in deposit crediting caused by your payment provider's processing times, network issues, or bank processing delays. If a deposit deduction is confirmed on your payment provider's end but not reflected in your 88bbat balance within 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

5 PKR Withdrawals

Verification requirement: CNIC-based KYC verification must be completed before 88bbat processes any withdrawal. This is a one-time process per account and typically takes 30 minutes during standard business hours.

Withdrawal method: Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your own name that matches your verified CNIC identity. 88bbat does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

Processing times: Standard Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are processed within 5–15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. Large withdrawals exceeding 500,000 PKR per transaction may require additional verification and are processed within two business days.

Withdrawal conditions: 88bbat reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount significantly exceeds typical deposit amounts or where unusual account activity has been identified. This process may result in temporary withdrawal delays while verification is completed.

6 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

All promotional offers and bonuses made available on 88bbat, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spin awards, are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer. These offer-specific terms govern eligibility, wagering requirements, validity periods, game contributions, and maximum withdrawal limits derived from bonus winnings.

General bonus conditions applicable to all 88bbat offers:

• Bonuses are available to one account per household, device, IP address, and CNIC.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Bonuses that expire before requirements are met are forfeited.
• 88bbat reserves the right to withdraw a bonus or amend its terms where there is evidence of abuse, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies, systematic exploitation of bonus terms, or coordination with other players.
• PKR bonus funds are subject to maximum withdrawal limits as stated in each offer. Winnings derived from bonus funds exceeding the cap will be removed from the withdrawal balance.
• In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these General Terms, the specific offer terms take precedence for matters within their scope.

7 Game Rules & Fairness

All games available on 88bbat are provided by licensed third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'n GO, and JILI Games. Each game is governed by that provider's certified rules, RTP figures, and RNG implementation, which are available within the game interface or on the provider's official website.

Malfunctions: In the event of a game malfunction, communication failure, or technical error affecting the outcome of a game round, 88bbat reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the wagered PKR to the player's account. This applies to live casino games, slots, crash games, and all other game categories. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

8 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on 88bbat, including HBL Pakistan Super League cricket, international cricket, football, basketball, and other sports, are governed by 88bbat's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately in the sportsbook section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

Bet acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only when confirmed by 88bbat's system and a bet reference number is issued. In-play bets are subject to acceptance at the odds displayed at the time the bet request is submitted, though market suspension during live events may result in a bet being declined.

Palpable errors: Where odds are published due to a manifest error (an obvious pricing mistake not reflecting the genuine market), 88bbat reserves the right to void any bets placed on those odds at any time before settlement, regardless of whether the event has concluded. The wagered PKR will be returned to the player's balance.

Match integrity: Any suspicion of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or corrupt activity in an event on which bets have been placed may result in 88bbat withholding settlement of affected bets pending investigation by the relevant sports governing body.

9 Responsible Gaming

88bbat is committed to the welfare of its players. We provide a comprehensive suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every player's account dashboard, including PKR deposit limits, session time reminders, loss limits, cool-off periods, and self-exclusion.

Self-exclusion: Players who believe their gaming is becoming harmful may request self-exclusion via the account settings or by contacting 88bbat live chat support. 10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 88bbat platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all PKR balances:

• Opening more than one 88bbat account (multi-accounting), whether under your own name or another person's identity.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or interact with the 88bbat platform in a non-human manner.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes in live casino games, poker, or any other game format.

• Providing false identity information, including using another person's CNIC or payment method.
• Systematic exploitation of bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play, including coordinated low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine gameplay.

88bbat cooperates with relevant law enforcement authorities in Pakistan in all cases involving suspected criminal activity, including fraud, money laundering, and identity theft.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the 88bbat platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, sound effects, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 88bbat or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 88bbat platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This licence does not grant you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any 88bbat content without express written permission.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 88bbat's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you to your 88bbat account in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

88bbat shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or psychological distress, arising from your use of the platform — even if 88bbat has been advised of the possibility of such losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 88bbat's liability for death or personal injury caused by 88bbat's negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

13 Privacy & Data Protection

88bbat collects, stores, and processes personal data — including CNIC details, mobile numbers, transaction records, and gameplay history — as described in the 88bbat Privacy Policy, which is published separately at 88bbat.com/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms.

By registering an 88bbat account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the use of your data for account verification, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and — where you have opted in — marketing communications.

14 Amendments to Terms

88bbat may amend these Terms at any time. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes via the email address or mobile number registered to your account. Your continued use of the 88bbat platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amendment to these Terms, you must stop using the 88bbat platform and may request closure of your account in accordance with Section 3 of these Terms. Any PKR balance held at the time of account closure will be returned to your verified payment method subject to standard withdrawal procedures.

15 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising in connection with your 88bbat account, game outcomes, payment processing, or the application of these Terms, the following process applies:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your dispute in writing to 88bbat via live chat or email at [email protected] within 30 calendar days of the event giving rise to the dispute. Include your account username, the relevant date and time, and a clear description of the issue. Disputes submitted after 30 days may not be accepted for review.
2. Step 2 — Internal Review: 88bbat's support team will acknowledge your dispute within 2 business days and provide a full written response within 10 business days. All responses are issued in English.
3. Step 3 — Escalation: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal review, you may request escalation to 88bbat's senior compliance team by replying to the original dispute response. Escalated decisions are issued within 15 business days and are 88bbat's final position.

88bbat does not accept liability for any loss arising from failure to comply with the dispute notification timeframe stated above.

16 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be interpreted in accordance with applicable international online gaming standards and the principles of fairness, transparency, and player protection that underpin responsible gaming regulation globally.
